Q.How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?

A. On Average Order Fulfillment takes 3-5  working days. Please See our shipping page for more in depth shipping info including estimated shipping times.

Each item is printed as they are ordered by hand by artisan printers. It takes a little more time then purchasing  low quality mass produced items.  We want to be sure each item is done correctly and is quality to have our branding on it.

Q. Where are your items made?

A. Original Art, artist signed items, small prints, greeting cards are made in studio and shipped from our main location in Las Vegas, Nevada USA. We use printing companies with the USA on east and west coast and Canada as our main product printers on many items including prints, clothing and jewelry. We also use international fulfillment centers to print some of our items including shoes. International locations are in Canada, east Asia and the UK.

Q. What if I need to cancel my order or correct a mistakes?

A. You can contact us asap within 8 hours of ordering and we will try our best to correct the mistake or cancel your order. Orders cannot be canceled once they have gone to print but we will be glad to see what we can do to remedy the issue.

Q. Is Your Site Secure?

A. Yes. We use SSL / Secure Socket Layer. We are PCI compliant and use the most secure software in the industry that encrypts all the information you send to us. We keep all the information you send to us private, and we never sell or share it. No Credit Card Information is stored with us.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?  
 

A. At the present time, we accept, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX (American Express) credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.

Q. What is your privacy policy?  
A. The information you give us is for our secure database and is not given out, sold or bargained for by anyone else. The information is only used for our records, to better serve you. please see our privacy policy page found on bottom of our website for further information

Q. Free Shipping Items  
  A. Items marked *Free Shipping* are only applicable to the Continental United States. These items will all be sent via our choice of carrier, usually arriving in 1-21 days, depending on your location.

Q. Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or an International address' ?  
  A.  Yes, we can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, although some items, shipping will need to be calculated. The website is configured for the lower 48 states on these some items. If you would like shipping rates for your area please contact us via our secure Contact us page located at top of website
